• Secure configuration: Identity, access, logging, and data-retention settings configured properly across the tools introduced. Your AI adoption is secured to the same standard as the rest of your environment.
• Training and handover: Practical, role-based training so your team can use, adjust, and build on what’s been implemented. Full documentation of every workflow, including how to change or switch it off.

3. Design and data rules: Agreed design for each in-scope workflow, including which tools are used and what data they’re allowed to touch.
4. Build and test: Workflows implemented and tested with the people who will use them. Adjusted until they fit the way your business operates.
5. Train and hand over: Team training, documentation delivered, and a 30-day support window for questions and tuning.
